End user licence agreement (EULA)
Your licence to play our games.
Effective date: 22 October 2026
This EULA is between you and Play Center Studio ("Play Center Studio") for any game we publish (the "Game").
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, under the rules of the store you got it from.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Game, or modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows.
3. Virtual items
In-game coins and items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and are licensed as part of the Game.
4. Purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase linked to your store account. See Remove Ads & refunds.
5. Third-party software
The Game includes open-source software (for example three.js and Capacitor, MIT licence) and fonts under the SIL Open Font License; their licences apply to those parts.
6. Apple App Store
If you got the Game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its support.
7. Termination, warranty and liability
This licence ends if you break it; uninstall the Game then. The Game is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows, and the liability terms in our terms of service apply.
